I would like to say with
this article that people who are raping girls are really stupid. Why are these
college baseball players even at the same party as this seventeen year old
girl? Why do people even rape? It just makes it sound like they just cannot control
themselves. I agree that their behavior was inappropriate and unacceptable.
They deserve whatever they are sentenced for. The girl is 22 years old now, but that will scar her for the rest of her life! People these days do not think about the consequences and they do not think about who they are harming.
Our justice system is pretty horrendous; they let people get away with things so easily because they just want an easy way to get through the situation.
But at the same time, I think that obviously if there is alcohol involved of course there would be something that would happen to someone, whether it would be someone getting hurt or some drama or someone getting raped because people are out of control when they consume alcohol.
These people who committed this crime should be punished and our justice system should take this very crucially because if they want their community to be safe, and then do something about punishing these people!
And to put it all together that it was TEN men who raped her?! Are you serious?! Are these people out of their minds?!
